Who we are
This site is operated by Rewire TMS Clinics ("we", "us", "our"), with clinics in Cape Town (Constantia and Tygervalley) and in Roodepoort, Gauteng. You can reach us at info@rewire.co.za or 021 794 1321.
What we collect
- Enquiries you send us: when you complete a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Usage data: if analytics are enabled, we collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and general location, only after you have accepted cookies.
- Cookies: a small first-party cookie that remembers your cookie choice, and analytics cookies that are set only if you accept them.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and to arrange or discuss treatment where relevant. Usage data helps us understand what is useful on the site and improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". The essential cookie simply records that choice for 365 days so we do not ask again. Non-essential cookies, such as analytics, are loaded only if you select "Accept all". You can clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Third-party services
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, this site uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Where website analytics are used, they are provided by a third party under their own privacy policy and are only activated once you accept cookies.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted. Clinical records held as part of your treatment are governed separately by the relevant health regulations and our clinical record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, and, for visitors in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To make any such request, email us at info@rewire.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
